1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pg62 ("pg62", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pg62.pro and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must promptly notify pg62 of any changes to your registered information by contacting player support. pg62 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 KYC Verification

pg62 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. pg62 may, at any time, require you to submit identity documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Account functionality — including withdrawals — may be restricted pending KYC completion.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pg62 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. 4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits to your pg62 account must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. pg62 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account belonging to the registered player, minus any applicable processing fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Termination by You
